Return Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return and send the item back.
(Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 30 days have passed since you received your order.)

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

• Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Please contact us at support@montgomerylondon.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs to our warehouse in China are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
