How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
Update: Most parcels now arrive faster — typically within 5–7 business days.


What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If 8 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your parcel, please email us at support@montgomerylondon.com.
We’ll immediately investigate your order and update you on its status.


How can I exchange or return my order?

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@montgomerylondon.com.
Include your full name, order number (e.g. #0000), and reason for return.
We’ll send you the return address and confirmation. Once approved, you can return the item using your preferred shipping carrier.


What are the return shipping costs?

What are the return conditions?

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be cancelled.
